• Harness races in Heerenveen, and the horse market in Oudeschoot on Whit Monday.

• A news item made by Kinematograaf Pathé Frères about the historic pageant in Heerenveen.

• Skating competitions for amateurs and couples – in which the men pull the women – followed by images of the ice-skating rink.

• A performance of the outdoor play ‘Vrije Friezen’ .

• A procession for the Mayor: various associations pass the stage on which the Mayor and his wife are sitting. The item ends with a transport-bicycle race: bakery workers and butcher’s assistants vie for the prize.
