Summary
The film is called a "dramatic sketch". In news items and reviews the only scene described is one in which the bargee refuses to abandon his burning barge, in spite of the supplications of his daughter, whereupon the girl, in a desperate attempt to save her father's life, jumps into the canal and clambers on to the barge.
