Biography

Willem van der Hoog was the uncle of Willem Bon, and worked as a sound engineer at the Film-Technische Leergang, the avant-garde film school founded in 1932. In 1934, Van der Hoog directed the feature film Blokkade, a failed experiment by the FTL.
