After De club van de Zwarte Panter, the second Catholic children’s film that Father Raymond van Sasse van IJsselt made for Brabant-Film/Parcival Film, a production company based in Tilburg. Just as in that film, this one was also starred boys from the Don Boscohuis in Leiden.
The film tells the story of a group of scouts who spend the night in a dilapidated castle that is rumoured to be haunted. They don’t believe a word of it – until their Scoutmaster disappears and they find themselves involved in a fight with arms smugglers.
