Gan

Summary

Gan is a short dance film. A woman lies on a black cloth, and is filmed from above as she improvises dance moves. This creates an alienating effect that sometimes recalls the enchantments from the early days of film.

Originally Gan – along with two other films by Hazekamp – was part of the theatre and dance project ‘Dido’.
