On August 25, 1918, an outdoor concert was held in Limburg’s Eijsden for the benefit of a planned new church in the neighbouring town of Oost-Maarland. The reportage shows a park-like setting where the audience gets ready for the concert. The musicians arrive, and take their places. The concert itself is not included in the film, but we do see the audience applauding at the end. After the concert, the two ensembles walk through the village, followed by many interested people.
