H. Hommerson's Electro Bioscoop
history
The carnival operator Henricus Hommerson toured the Netherlands in the period 1900-1910 with his travelling cinema. His sons Anton, Frans, and Nico worked in the carnival and travelling-cinema circuit.
In addition to screening films, Hommerson was also engaged in making his own (local) films, and one fiction film. The family Hommerson is still active in the Dutch entertainment industry.
