Rainbow Stories

Summary

Nine filmmakers and film collectives from various European countries, who had already made their mark in art-film / film-art, each made an episode on black and white Super8, after which the episodes were merged onto 16mmm in the Netherlands, and each coloured with a different colour from the spectrum. This created a kaleidoscopic picture of the wealth of styles and forms of expression with which the borders of film and art were being examined in Europe.
