Het gestolen huurcontract
Summary
When the Haarlem Football Club's lease agreement is about to expire, the committee decides to buy the grounds. However, the rascally real estate agent is not in sympathy with that scheme and he gets a girlfriend to steal the contract. She hides it in a windmill near a lake where a couple of members of the HFC happen to be sailing. They trace the contract to its hiding place and, after many difficulties, manage to get their hands on it and at the same time render the scoundrels harmless.
