Biography

Dutch politician A.R. Zimmerman was the Mayor of Dordrecht from 1899 to 1906, and the Mayor of Rotterdam from 1906 to 1923. From December 15, 1922 to July 1, 1926, Zimmerman was the Permanent Undersecretary of the League of Nations in Austria.
