Summary

Footage of travel impressions in Turkey, which have been manipulated using contrast change, colouring, speed, and/or repetition. Mostly filmed by hand. There is significant use of dual exposure. The colouring is often in sepia, which gives a nostalgic connotation to these images, which recall non-Western or urban places. It is as if the tourist group shown at the beginning of the film has stepped into another time.
