Overstroming te Eemnes
Summary
Reportage about the flooding of Eemnes in 1920.
The first part of the film was shot from a moving train, presumably on the railway embankment along the Eem river between Amersfoort and Baarn. The train quickly rides past flooded meadows, with farms and trees surrounded by water. The train passes the station at Baarn, and we then see images of the flooded area: a bicyclist looks for a path through the water, and three boys horse around for the camera.
