Summary

This film (again) shows a fascination for black and white: the film material comes from different areas, and covers several years. Everywhere and always, decay comes back, and reality is depicted. The same feeling of melancholy exists here as it does in Other Thoughts I, but this time it is enhanced by forlorn music.
