Summary

In addition to being a thriller without dialogue, this experimental black and white film is a portrait of a city at night. The camera slowly pans along the corridors of a parking garage, past the houses on the canal, and the ceiling of an abandoned car tunnel. The viewer takes a journey through the nearly deserted city of The Hague.
